All returned products must be unopened and Unused. Silver Moon herbals is not responsible for shipping charges incurred
on refunds or exchanges if the error is not ours.
If you find a defect, please contact us immediately so we may replace your product. We will replace or refund the
defective product and will cover any shipping charges incurred. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Due to issues with orders in the past we are no longer shipping Internationally. USA & Canada only.

We reuse/recycle all plastics and packaging so finding a bit of herbs in your packing is
perfectly normal. ;)
